Usually no. When you travel to compete, protect that time so you arrive ready: music, quiet, or a conversation that has nothing to do with school. When you travel to school, use the time to study.
Build two plans, a normal week (Version A) and a harder week (Version B). On Sunday night, decide which kind of week this really is before you commit to what gets done.
After a study session, assignment or exam, ask the same three questions you ask after training: what worked, what did not, and what changes tomorrow. It takes about eight minutes.
Decide once. Make a standing decision for each thing that repeats, such as your pre-training meal, your first study task after school and your order of operations on competition day.
Build your study schedule from the fixed parts of your week outward. Put school, training, competitions and sleep in first, then fit study blocks into the gaps and set a hard stop time so homework does not cut into your sleep.
