Meet Rhema Adelaja
Australian National Champion sprinter. 4x Academic Excellence Award (DUX). Founder of RHEMA LEAD.
Built from lived experience
Rhema Adelaja was not supposed to be able to do both: train at national level and achieve academic excellence at the same time. Everyone told her to choose. She did not choose. She built a system.
Built from competing at national level while maintaining top academic performance for four consecutive years, RHEMA LEAD is designed to help student-athletes identify where they are losing time and focus, measure discipline and consistency, and build a structured weekly system that actually works. RHEMA LEAD is not theory. It is the lived system of an athlete who has done both at the highest level.
